How far out do you deliver?
We cover Brownsburg and the whole Indianapolis metro. That 15.0 mile distance means your delivery cost sits at the upper end of what a closer customer pays. Check our service areas if you're between Brownsburg and Indianapolis, Avon, Plainfield, and Greenwood all fall between us and you, so your cost lands somewhere in the middle.
For a construction site, event, or home renovation, we dispatch the same truck we'd use closer to the city. You get a standard unit holding 60 to 70 gallons, about 44 by 48 inches on the ground and 92 inches tall. One service call per week is standard under ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 sanitation guidelines, though heavier use calls for more. Weekend and same-day pickup cost extra, and we'll quote that when you call.
If you need restroom trailers instead, something with running water, a sink, and multiple stalls for a bigger event, we have those too. Luxury restroom trailers run higher per day but they're climate-controlled and clean up easier than portable units. We'll haul roll-off dumpsters and storage containers out there as well.
What permits does Brownsburg require?
Placement in the public right of way needs confirming with the town before we drop a unit. You may need a permit; municipal rules vary. Call the Brownsburg town office and ask what applies to your job type. We'll work with whatever they say. For a private site, a backyard renovation, a farm, a private event space, you typically don't need anything beyond our unit on your ground.
For construction crews, OSHA 1926.51(c) sets toilet counts: one toilet facility for 20 workers or fewer, one seat and one urinal per 40 workers from 20 up to 200, and one seat and urinal per 50 workers at 200 or more. If you're a general contractor managing the site, you're responsible for making sure it's there. We'll deliver it and service it; you confirm the permit. Handwashing stations are required too if crews are applying paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides under OSHA 1926.51(f)(1). A portable sink with soap and paper towels or a hand dryer, not hand sanitiser alone, satisfies 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2).
If you're renting for a farm operation, field sanitation rules apply. Agricultural restrooms need to be within a quarter mile walk of the work area, with one facility per 20 employees.

When should we order?
Call two weeks ahead if you can, one week minimum. We stock standard units constantly and deliver them same-day from Indianapolis. If you're ordering a deluxe flushable unit or a restroom trailer, give us a week's notice. Weekend delivery costs more than weekday, and last-minute service calls run a premium rate.
Tell us your job type, construction, event, home renovation, and how long you'll need it. A one-day event is different from a three-month build. Weekly rentals are cheaper per day than daily, and monthly is cheaper than weekly. We'll send a quote and confirm delivery to your Brownsburg address. Weather in winter matters too; porta potties in winter need insulation and heated tanks, and that changes the price.
Most jobs book Monday through Friday delivery. If you need Saturday or Sunday, say so. We service Brownsburg regularly but we're dispatching from Indianapolis, so a weekend delivery takes a longer slot.

Do we need ADA accessible units?
If your event is public or your worksite is covered under the ADA, yes. An ADA accessible portable toilet must have a 36 inch minimum clear route width under ADA Standards section 403.5.1, a 32 inch door opening under section 404.2.3, and a 60 inch turning circle inside under section 304.3.1. Where we cluster units, at least 5 percent, never fewer than one, must be ADA-accessible under ADA Standards section 213.2. The floor and ground surface must be stable, firm and slip-resistant per ADA Standards section 302.1.
An accessible unit costs more than a standard one. Budget 120 to 400 dollars per day depending on how long you rent. For a week or a month, ADA accessible unit costs drop significantly.
How many units do we need?
It depends on your crew size and job duration. Calculate porta potty counts using OSHA rules: 20 workers or fewer need one, 40 workers need two, 100 need two or three. Events are different, a festival or wedding adds a unit for every 100 to 150 guests. Call with your headcount and we'll advise.
What's included in the rental?
Your fee covers delivery, the unit, one service per week, and pickup. Extra services cost more: grease interceptor pumping if you're pumping a restaurant trap (pumped when solids reach 25 percent of liquid depth), emergency same-day service, additional weekly visits, and weekend hours all charge separately.
Can we rent dumpsters and toilets together?
Yes. Bundle a roll-off dumpster with your porta potties and we'll discount the total. Construction sites often need both. Dumpster weight limits are strict, so ask about your debris type first.
How do I request a quote?
Call us or fill out the form at request a quote. Give your Brownsburg address, job type, start date, and how long you'll need it. We'll confirm availability and send a price same day.
